How to purchase shares of Edmond de Rothschild Fund
- Any subscription in Edmond de Rothschild Fund should only be made after a full
reading of the prospectus and most
recent annual or semi-annual report.
- There are two categories of shares in Edmond de Rothschild Fund: A, and D shares.
Categories A and D are divided into two classes: Distribution or Accumulation.
Distribution means investors will receive an annual dividend. Accumulation
means investors will be allocated an annual dividend but the dividend will
be automatically reinvested in the fund. You can find further information
on these categories and classes in the "Shares" chapter of the prospectus.

- Subscriptions can be made by electronic and telephonic means but the Registrar
in Luxembourg must receive the original paper version (below) within 5 Luxembourg
